Kroll is a great company to be at as you will be engaged with the most prestigious & exciting projects in the industry. There are very smart and experienced people in the company that you can learn from, both for your professional and personal life. Most people are very friendly and outgoing, and you do get a sense of a community working there.

Cons

I believe the corporate structure, or rigidity of it, doesn't reward talent that go above their role and perform as their one, or two levels above in their role. The compensation is below the market average, in some instances it is even half of it.
