Some of my former colleagues were great to work with. Other than that very little - fairly good benefits.

Cons

Fairly extreme levels of micromanagement. Terrible empathy/people skills. Mistreating lower members of the team, I.e very quick to throw people under the bus at the slightest mistake. Hiring senior staff who clearly have little idea of how to speak to people, let alone manage a team. Unclear and undefined roles. No respect from management.

Every one working here is mature and knowledgeable. No personnel drama, you’re treated with respect. They also promote work life balance

Cons

It can take a while to get things done. Not an industry best at giving possible bonuses. If you get hired, don’t count on any bonuses when calculating what you will actually see
