Pros

Junior team members are exceptionally talented, driven and often demonstrate more competence and insight than those in senior leadership roles.

Cons

Frequent leadership changes have created ongoing chaos and instability. There's a clear lack of strategic direction, which is stalling both individual and organizational growth. Nepotism within the team has resulted in senior members who are disconnected and ill-equipped to lead effectively. Poor communication, inconsistent priorities, and a lack of accountability further compound the challenges, leaving teams demotivated and uncertain about the future.
