Pros

Duff and Phelps is a great place to develop a strong skill set which can be leveraged as an asset towards career advancement.

Cons

Because the services provided at Duff and Phelps are more ancillary and audit like the fees that the company charge are not that great, in turn the salaries are capped at a lower level than deserved.

Pros

Offers a good experience and is a great resume builder. They offer good benefits and competitive pay.

Cons

Management kept lots of changes a secret. If you weren't a favorite you didn't get fair treatment. Our city leader was very unapproachable. Long hours without any recognition. No concern for employees work loads. Senior management has no interaction with staff. They make changes that directly affect the staff without their input.

Pros

Smart, intelligent, and hard working professionals, not in senior management, but Directors and below. Large company benefits but not much opportunity.

Cons

Senior management needs to decide how to construct a company that provides a balanced set of services to clients while advancing the smart and intelligent people.
