Absolutely no pros at all, I've made a huge mistake taking up this position.
Cons
This has to be the most toxic environment I've ever had the misfortune to be in. Expect 12 hours of work everyday. More hours during peak season. The worst part is the pitiful salary. The bonus is a joke. Management will pretend like they care about you but at the end of the day they only care about getting he deliverables on time. I give most of them credit for abandoning their own life to dedicate themselves to their work. Very commendable wage slave mentality! Prospective Job Seekers: If you're desperate and need a visa sponsorship so they can exploit you to no end this is a perfect place for you!
