Work flows are not defined. It would help to have a better structure to the organisation.

The chance to work on ground-breaking products that can make a huge difference in people's lives.

Cons

I did a psychometric test after the second interview which I felt should have been done at the very first stage. Sedgefield HQ is a little out of the way with poor public transport links.
