Great team-fostering culture with ground-level access to executive leadership. Attentive HR department that encourages advancement. A great place to start and if possible maintain a career.

Cons

In some departments it is difficult to advance given that the company (particularly at HQ) the departments are relatively small. Newly made public, so controls are still being put into place.
