      Pros

      Great culture, expanding business produces a "growth mindset" within the company. They are trying all kinds of new things to reduce waste, improve processes, and improve employee performance and engagement. Small company feel with global brand recognition. This place is good and getting better every day. Leadership listens to employee feedback.

      Cons

      Engineering does not have complete authority over the product compared to the parent company, so there are some latent tensions there. Japanese parent company is actively improving daily.
