Pros

The people there come from all walks of life and all have valuable lessons to teach. As long as you show up and work you will succeed. Internationally recognized company building reliable and sturdy equipment. Willing to train untested and fresh students.

Cons

Communication is not the best and values are lost through middle management. No real opportunity to change or grow once you are assigned a "title". Safety is number one in the plant, but no one takes it seriously once admins turn away.

Pros

While being employed as an Engineer at KMA, I was able to work independently on projects with minimal supervision. You are not expected to make immediate impact or learning the company 'way of doing things" until a year in. The pays was okay but is far less than what other manufacturing company are offering in similar roles depending on experience/performance.

Cons

Lack of training/support/mentoring from management and fellow co-worker especially during the early stages of being hired. Really demanding and high responsibility position(but this is expected) Lack of rewarding employees on any level for their hard work. The corporate culture and indirect benefits were non-existence, therefore lowering employee moral and increasing turn over rate.

Pros

Management always encourages growth and inovation. Japanese support is very positive. Training is continuous. Engineering staff is encouraged to think outside the box and new technologies are regularly introduced.

Cons

Work hours required are too long and staff too skilled for the salaries. It is competitive to the region but not to the industry overall.
