      The culture at Kubota is very professional and diverse. It is very much like a family. The pay is also competitive and not lacking. Great experience all around

      Cons

      Hard to find offices for meetings. There are no real cons though. It is a hybrid environment, and that is a con if you don't want to come into office, but the office environment is still good
