Pros

Good benefits, nice people to work with and snack area is nice.

Cons

Aweful management, high turnover in their IT departments at both Gainesville and Jefferson plants. They pressure you in doing things in your job that have nothing to do with your job description. Plus don't miss any days from work because they won't write you up they just fire you. This company does not care about the fact you have a family and a life outside of work. Management has their favorites in IT so if they don't like your work ethic then your out the door.
