Pros
Great people at this company. Kubota hires high quality employees.
Cons
Work-life balance isn't considered very much if at all. There is no contingency plan for when people leave. Some departments are already ill-equipped to handle their workloads as it is. After key team members leave, it puts a lot of stress on the rest of the team which results in even higher turnover and less getting done.
