      Good people for the most part. Bad turnover and very low pay rates. Floor employees feel disconnected from management.

      Pros

      Probably just for the career experience. Kubota has never laid off a full time employee, so you have job as long as you want it if you can have good attendance and follow rules.

      Cons

      Very low pay rates across the board. Kubota doesn't pay people for what they are worth. Upper management seems to "look down" on floor employees. Management only make presence known when there are serious problems.

      They brainwash young people into becoming Kubota men or women. I hope you are bilingual.
