Pros

Plenty of overtime which makes good pay. Can move up to supervisor without a college education. Opportunities to move up if you show up and work hard. Job security. Insurance and 401k are some of the best in the state. 2 hours of PTO is gained every work week. (total of 12 days off a year)

Cons

Long production hours and many weekends worked. Last minute notice of working weekends (24hr notice or less). High turn over rate. After moving up, the Japanese discrimination begins (do not value opinion from non Japanese. Treat you less than Japanese, etc). No work/life balance. Very toxic and gloomy work environment. Little to no training on the job you are assigned.

Pros

They've kept me employed during a virus so they can pretend there is still a demand for 60k tractors

Cons

They pick favorites, they dont follow any standards even though that's what they care to preach about. They let bad products pass through their inspection in order to meet shareholder bottom lines. They will work you until your back gives out and then they will throw you away.
