Pros

You are desperate for a job

Cons

Poor salaries, poor treatment by managers, tightly controlled by the Japanese who control everything behind the scenes. Managers at Kubota are Japanese puppets.

Pros

Coworkers are friendly. Health insurance for the employee only is fully company paid

Cons

Micromanagement. Salaried employees treated like hourly. Work long hours with no comp time. Feels like you're being taken advantage of. No schedule flexibility at all. Alot of criticism and no praise at all. Most managers have been here a long time and like to continue with the status quo so they're not open to anything you have to say unless you're agreeing with them.
