Pros

Benefits. Excellent benefits if you can get through the rough stuff! Some really lovely members of staff who really make you feel at home when things are going wrong.

Cons

Bullying. Training is non existent. On first day you are sat in a chair and told to get on with it! Even though you have nothing to get in with!!

Pros

Probably just for the career experience. Kubota has never laid off a full time employee, so you have job as long as you want it if you can have good attendance and follow rules.

Cons

Very low pay rates across the board. Kubota doesn't pay people for what they are worth. Upper management seems to "look down" on floor employees. Management only make presence known when there are serious problems.
