      Pros

      Small company so experiences can be gained in many things.

      Cons

      Very old school and lots of clerical work at every level. Company feels it pays well but employees have to put up with too much politics and repetitive work. USA office expected to pick up slack and shortcomings of overseas offices

      Pros

      Opportunities are available for team members that come to work every day and work hard. All promotions get posted internally and anyone can apply if good attendance. Strong, stable and growing company. Excellent benefits.

      Works schedules may vary from department to department. Should be flexible.

      Large, stable company with good benefits.

      Cons

      Where do you begin... Extremely excessive mandatory overtime hours - company does not respect your life outside of the job. The place is essentially a sweat shop. They don't care about their employees and demonstrate it though their actions constantly. Management and H.R. personnel are smug. You're just a number to them and easily replaceable. If you have any issues on the job it's likely you'll be treated with contempt. Pay is low for the productivity expected. But don't worry, you'll make a decent living since you'll forcibly be there 70+ hours a week. Unless you're desperate, I'd avoid at all costs.
