Overall the managers seems not having a certain skill in their roles as a Dept. Manager, so the work inside is likely to have top-down types work from the director which is japanese expatriates. Mainly the employees have a little initiatives in work. Extremely have a Back-biting culture There is no appretiation for employee if he or she have done some value-added to company.
