      Great benefits, decent pay. and the best product in the industry.

      Cons

      Japan has 100% control over everything. Watchdog looking over your shoulder at all times. Not a lot of room for growth within the company.

      Alot of hours if you are willing to work them. 40-60 starting out. Cafeteria with food for lunch, decently priced

      Alot of hour. Short break times . An issue arises everyday which could have been prevented. Most employees are temp to hire
