      Job security. Company at large is supportive. Never had any layoffs.

      Cons

      Same with any large company- a lot of red tape to change or do things. Management is not often open to feedback or suggestions

      Senior management mostly clicky. MD sarcastic. Same people promoted all the time. Lost its reputation as a great place to work. Empty promises.
