Pros
Nice facility. Great products. Average pay. The company has proven it can succeed solely based on the name that has been built by the product reputation.
Cons
True values do not gel with the dealer and customer base as they are very left wing. This shows most in the overpowering HR department that is more like a police force of Karens that even the senior leaders fear. There are a lot of people their that don't know the products or the end users. A number of talented leaders and employees have been forced out. The culture just kept degrading over the several years I was there.
