Pros

7 hours work day. Nice and professional management team (specially in the finance and accounting department). Good benefits. Vacation and sick times get to buyout if not used. Employees are friendly and helpful.

They relocated to Taxes. Basically no negative thing.

Converting from California labor laws makes them want to pay hourly non-exempt for jobs that are typically exempt in all other states (not as flexible).
