      Pros

      Kubota is a stable company with reasonable expectations for it's employees. Kubota has been growing and new opportunities are being created.

      Cons

      Difficult to promote. No defined career path. Salaries are not overly competitive. Mediocrity is rewarded the same as excellence.

      Pros

      If you got all the time in the world to work, then this is the ideal job for you. Great positions for people with no personal life. I am sure it is different for office staff but quite certain for anyone on the production side of things.

      Cons

      work you to death all day long, supervisors as well as leads poorly trained. Retaliation rampant and this creates a high turn over ratio. Slave driver mentality. In order to advance you will develop a brown stain on the tip of your nose.

      Great company to work for. Yearly bonus, 7 hour shift. Good benefits. Kubota offers different learning courses for all employees.

      Cons

      New people trying to change all. Management lacks leadership skills, no communication, no room for advancement.
