      Pros

      Really relaxed atmosphere, and the people are really nice. It's a good place if you're midway through your career and coast till retirement.

      Cons

      The company is filled with dinosaurs and operates like it's 2004. There's not a ton of room for upward mobility and you kind of have to wait for someone to retire for you to move up. Also your title doesn't really reflect your responsibilities.
