      Pros

      Company offers good benefits and salary, works on a 35 hour work week and has multiple company parties throughout the year. Co-Workers are usually very nice and social with each other.

      Cons

      As a contractor, you are not invited to any company functions outside of the office which Kubota does several off a year. Doesnt matter if you have worked as a contractor for a day or 10 years, you will not be included in company parties.

      Pros

      Stable and focused company with solid strategy and concern to understand the market and their customers. Dealer relations are a priority. The work environment is pleasant, though frugal in many aspects. Benefits are good, compensation is fair. Advancement opportunities are increasingly provided. I highly recommend this company.

      Cons

      Sometimes slow decision making and off shore approvals are often needed for key decisions. On the positive side, that provides stability.
