Pros

Best Work Culture Extremely approachable management Excellent work environment Open to new ideas Kuliza helped me develop skills that I had no prior experience of. The patience and independence, coupled with the trust the management had in me helped me learn way more than I could have anywhere else.

Cons

Cafeteria Food (But I'm sure they are working on it) Location in Bangalore (But they are shifting to Indiranagar) They could make better ways to stimulate inter-department communication (example, Induction with all departments for a couple of days after joining)

Pros

- Get to work with/under technically sound and motivated people who want to make a difference - Get to explore a wide domain of software technologies used in the industry - Exposure to all phases of software development/deployment - Amazing work culture where work is fun(If one is a cultural fit ofcourse!)

Cons

- Can do with a better office location within the city. - At times some decisions of the management seem short-sighted and unjustified to the employees. The management needs to be more transparent at such times.
