Pros

Great employee focus. Really care about employees, which is unique. Also one of the few companies that stand by their projects, even if it may affect profitability. No project is ever abandoned.

Cons

Technical staffing difficulty, but that is pretty normal for everyone. The do seem to do better than most though.
