Pros

Pretty lenient if you have a family and need time to get out and watch your kids elementary school play etc... As long as the work gets done and I'm able to come in later hours if need be. There is weekly refreshments doughnuts bagels organic fruit etc. Movie dates for bigger releases and an all around relaxed atmosphere in a great location

Cons

The milestones could be spaced out a little better Sometimes when there are editors in the building parking can be a pain

Some coworkers are nice and pleasant

Cons

Pay below market rate, will never give a raise, won't follow through if giving money is involved. Very clique based. There two types, those that are in the clique and skating by and then those that do most of the work. If the clique knows that they can't use you, then you are disposable. Employer used me as a loan to keep paychecks going out. Didn't tell me, and lied about it on paystubs. Management are Nepotism and/or yes-men.
