small, family oriented company. nice coworkers. some are hard-working & some are not as hard-working.

lack of communication between 2 owners: daryl & ricci. also, ricci swoops in for seagull management. shady business practices.

Fun, dedicated people spanning many different disciplines.

Cons

The creative art direction is seriously lacking in consistency and professionalism. Walk by/glancing at monitor art pivot and direction changes were a constant issue. Vague art direction with no real attention paid to concept art. Often time, no concept art at all, etc..
