People are fantastic and friendly. You are welcomed and known by name by upper management the minute you are hired on. A huge sense of work family and an understanding that personal life happens, and it's OK. Great company all around.

Can't honestly think of one.

Very collegial atmosphere, get a lot of cooperation and help from coworkers. Annual performance based on team results. Lots of opportunity for growth

Cons

Management doesn't communicate well. Hard to tell what they're priorities are at times. Big decisions take a lot of time and always need to be approved by an obscure process in Japan.
