Due to typical Japanese company, there are some difficulties for foreign employees. Kuraray is really conservative.

- Relative good benefits (e.g. zero mc incentive, flexible allowances etc) . - Recreational communities to promote colleagues &/or family bonding - Good learning environment

Cons

- Hectic work loads and require to OT over both weekends - Salary is lower than market - Quite politic in all dept
