Always room for improvement, they constantly assist you until you feel secure and successful in your position. The environment is friendly, these people are like family. Teaches you how to adapt and move forward. Any input or idea you have, they work with and improve efficiency

You get to work with marijuana. Pay is better than other shops in the industry and much better than other entry level jobs. They will work with your schedule. Good environment and co workers.

Cons

Can get a bit chaotic at times A depending on what your position is it can be a bit unorganized. Communication could be better
