Job is super easy. you can work multiple jobs while doing this one if you like. you can take lots of naps since you sit in a van all day. do whatever you want really so long as you deliver when you have orders. Liad and back and stress free. literally no rush for anything ever.

Cons

pay sucks. sitting alone in a van all day everyday sucks working late and random hours. Just a cog in the machine, no one there hangs our or has company bonding/values. theres is only one employee ever on premises that knows what they are doing, whats going on, and what you should be doing. sooo The company is ran by a bunch of stoners just like you would think. lots of uhhhh's and idk lemme ask someone else that question and at times it can be too mellow for someone who wants to work. customers get better deals on weed than you do as an employee. The incentive program is unrealistic and no one can ever hit the amount of deliveries required to earn a bonus or commission
