Flexible scheduling. Super nice people here you can really just text around to switch up your shift need be. Drivers make .58 cents a mile on gas which was better than my .38 cents a mile at BLAZE (Stiiizy). Also $17 hour is better than most cannabis deliveries. I’ve worked 5 shifts part time and haven’t gotten less than 30$ tips every night! Very nice genuine people here! Employees also get 20% off at the dispo!

Cons

Small work space for the amount of drivers per shift can get crazy but usually bc their communication is good, it never ends up being that much of an issue. I can see there being issues if the dispensary is packed + not many delivery orders bc then there’s lots of drivers sitting around inside/outside.

They will rob you blind even though they make 6 fugures a day shift then again on night shift somehow in debt owe vendors money and steal from single mothers then fire them for no reason
