Don’t stay long term

Pay, employee gifts, bonus check

Cons

They don’t care about you really, they will put you on positions you don’t want to work, won’t work with you at all, a lot of favoritism. Also don’t bother putting in a two week notice because they will just waive it and let you go.

There is Good pay and benefits

Cons

No work life balance, have to cover call ins on first, second and third shift

Pros

Good pay, flexible scheduling for students

Cons

Long hours, often make you stay extra to accommodate for other coworkers, hostile management (my location at least), benefits aren't amazing, but not bad.
