Kyani was a great place to work until Katy arrived.

Cons

The person responsible for Kyanis failure is the person who has weaseled out accountability for it. Putting her over your charities is like hiring a hyena to babysit your toddlers. Many good people lost jobs because of her, leaving the rest of us to pick up the pieces.
