Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of energy, good list of customers, wide range of technologies, everyone I know is a hard worker and solid team player, we get things done for our customers. Good emphasis on AI and future tech.
Cons
I was part of GTS and now in Kyndryl. Recently subjected to like the 3rd reorg. Now have a manager who is more concerned with my % utilization than what I actually do, my skills, etc. Focusing on % utilization as primary is exactly the wrong approach. Not feeling like my manager wants to understand what I do or who I am. Starting to feel alienated and looking for other opportunities inside and outside the company. I really like my team and who I work with. But management has taken a wrong turn.
