Able to pull from bank of resources when needed. If you can find time there seems to be many training opportunities.

Cons

Teams are built in Silos, Silos create lack of transparency and communication. Company is profit driven not customer or people driven. Many jobs eventually get outsourced overseas. Executives and admins make decisions without consulting the people and teams actually doing the work.
