they just de-motivate you, pull you down, dont give good hike, call you for unnecessary all day meetings. pathetic management

- It is a Company with a Progressive Vision - Very Ambitious - Flexible in providing locations to work from - All employees get easy access to Senior Management - Leaders are humble & ethical - Some Architects, Managers and Directors are world class (literally) - If you are good in technology, expect to be pampered

Cons

- Work and Private life balance is almost non existent given unreasonable expectations Management has from employees - Vanto is good but force feeding vocabulary and concepts doesn't work
