      Worst company.. Fakes even Glassdoor review..Don't choose this company freshers Beware ..!! Don't be fooled

      I'm not sure where to begin or if this box will even allow me to type all the cons of this firm! I can assure you all the glowing reviews are by the same person who just keeps posting reviews and changing her statements.I saw some reviews which has even given 5 stars for each category. It clearly indicates that it is fake and was put by the management itself. Even google employee doesn't give 5 star rating for all these categories.management doesn't have any long term vision or goals. I will say this job was an eye-opening experience, it helped me to understand how a management shouldn't be.Some of the policies they wont even reveal to employees.Example there are many hidden policies which will pop up instantly as per their convenience.Cannot expect career growth because of no learning curve,Worst working culture seen in my entire life. worst HR policies and worst HRs too. Guys, don't join in this organisation especially for freshers.You will waste your time and end up with so much of disappointment.

      Dear Reviewer , The theme of your message is frustration which possibly is from seeing so many positive feedback from your colleagues. We feel sorry for you but we have no control over how others perceive our company. Just like how you have displayed your dislike, we have trustworthy and sincere employees who appreciate us. We suggest you not to be so intolerant towards “those glowing remarks”. Like you, there are others, and have a right to their own opinions. Regarding the policies –we discuss all policies related to an employees’ entire life cycle during their employment with us in our induction program itself. There is no such “hidden” policies. It is possible that some employees don’t pay heed when policies are explained. We or any company cannot help such cases. As far as the advice to our management goes – Our offshore centre is doing very well and our stats speak volumes so some random comment is not worth any attention. It only displays a negative mentality of the reviewer who seems unable to see positive side of anything. We are glad we are no longer associated with some individual with such thought process and bent of mind. We wish luck to this enlightened reviewer and appreciate the tone and language.

      If you are a girl,, Good Looking, Go to Kyyba ,You can see many gentlemen in the management come to you and lick your feet

      Cons

      Worst Management, They eat your head and do business, earn benefits etc., They pay you Base Sal, If you ask perks & benefits, They pull you out. If you are a good looking girl, All the perks, benefits & increments in salary 4 times a year will come to your table.

      .... casual dress work environment SOME of the managers don't hover

      The pandemic brought out the true colors of this organization. Managers that don't care about your career and growth, reduced salaries during the pandemic for months, overworked employees because they will not hire any new people. A CEO who appears to have completely stopped caring. This place is not worth the stress. Executives that have been in their positions for years unwilling to take the feedback of the newbies.
