Endless, Countless cons....... starting from the interview through tenure, it was all just harassment. this is basically a scam, blood sucking and absolutely non-cooperative company, nothing good at all about this company.... To start with- recruiter was worst, interview experience was even worst, then comes releasing offer, they ask for all your personal and sensitive documents, without even offering anything.... Then after so much of cheap bargain, they release the offer without any benefits or flexibility....and that too after soooo many follow-ups, as if they oblige !!! They don't even reply on time, I had also lost one of the other better offer in their mess of non-communication and non-responsiveness from Kyyba. I don't even remember a single time when they were flexible or cooperative towards employees.... Work culture, team members all craps and full of disgust...... HR/VP/Recruiters all are totally irresponsive to employees, Irresponsible at on-boarding as well as at the relieving....... They don't even bother to reply to your emails or even calls......SHAME ON YOU Somebody truly mentioned in his review for Kyyba that - "who is at the verge of suicide... things will happen soon...:-p" - this comment is 100% correct for Kyyba !!.......I wish i had read this earlier and believe it. I strongly request everyone to stay jobless but even at gun point don't join this company......
