      Pros

      There are not any pros to working at Kyyba, poor leadership and direction. Small US team and a huge offshore team.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, awful atmosphere, awful pay and even worse working environment. Kyyba puts all of its money into its offshore team. Awful work life balance. Very poor training structure. Micromanagement
