We give promotion once the employee completes atlest 2 years in the same role , depending on the performance of the employee. Since we are in a business where goal is tangible, it becomes easier for us to measure the performance. If you have met 100 % of your target and still not got promoted to the next level , please contact HR . We will be happy to address the issue.
