Thank you for the feedback. It’s been 2 years since you left. We would like to inform you with pleasure that we had recruited individuals almost around the same time who are still working with us and have moved to next level.
The comment on how we only provide access to only one website is baseless- the reason being, we are a recruiting firm and we deal with a great variety of requisitions. These requisitions require research and we cannot limit this research to just one website. We have plenty of them to support recruitment function.
We are sorry about your notion of our work culture but that we take as a matter of one’s personal outlook otherwise we have our great strength of employees, we are growing and building our brand and that talks volumes about our work culture.
Thank you for your advice to Management! An old aphorism- respect needs to be earned and not demanded/given.
