Great coworkers. Plenty of useful things to learn about the product, and the company history, as well as useful tips and tricks. A great way to connect with people.

Cons

-The product is too expensive in comparison to competitors, leading customers away- lack of sales means not making quota, which leads to less hours. -Understaffing -The original spirit of L.L Bean such as the culture of Maine and what LLBean had established for years is diminishing to modern corporate retail ideals, taking away that work.
