Pros

I’ve been with L’OCCITANE NA for over five years now, and it’s honestly been such a great experience. The company really cares about its people and creates an environment where you can learn, grow, and feel valued. I’ve had the chance to take on new challenges, develop new skills, and work with some really inspiring teammates and leaders. The culture is positive and collaborative — people are kind, supportive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The benefits and perks are also a big plus! The employee discounts, wellness perks, and solid health benefits really show that the company invests in its employees’ well-being. Like any company, there are busy seasons and changes along the way, but overall, it’s a place that makes you feel proud to be part of something meaningful.

Cons

Pros

Working at L’Occitane has so far been an incredibly positive experience. Everyone in the office is very friendly. The teams are smaller which was shocking in the beginning because its such a big brand! This can be positive and negative in some respects its great because you have a voice and advocating for yourself is a bit easier. You get to contribute ideas and be heard in ways that just wouldn’t happen in a bigger office. Of course, smaller teams mean the workload can be a bit heavier at times, but honestly, it’s worth it because the perks and opportunities for growth make the tradeoff totally manageable. The NY office is hybrid with 3 days in, also you get to try a new product every month which is great for getting to know the brand as well.

Cons

Leadership can be more flex with turnaround time based on the workload.
