my co-workers were great good customers gain experience free beer

Cons

The management works you like a dog. You get pushed to drive over your hours allowed on the road. You can be on your death bed and the only thing they care about is if you are coming in, The driver salary was lowered due to new management also...but hey...A company BBQ will fix that. Too much favoritism between management and certain employees. Be ready to work in 100 degree plus heat with a truck they refuse to fix the A/C on, even though you are unloading, and stocking all of their beer/kegs by hand.

4 day work weeks, consistent work

Cons

Long hours, pay is terrible, and you are chastised on everything you do. Seems like they are always telling you you’re doing something wrong. Extremely biased towards people. Upper management favors people for raises and routes.
