Pros

I worked here for over 8 years and had a great learning experience. I started as an HR assistant and the last year I was there I transferred into a digital marketing position. This is a great company with a true family feeling. Everyone knows everyone and it's a great place to get experience if you don't have much but that is depending on what position you apply for.

Cons

- The benefits are delayed for years before qualifying for the full effect. - Very little (if any) room for a career growth.
