L&R Distributors has grown through merger and acquisition and there was a pay freeze after a large acquisition in 2013. In late 2015 most employees were given a Cost of Living Increase followed by performance reviews and merit increases in early 2016. Other incentives and rewards have also been instituted, for instance, vending machines located at all Warehouses have been subsidized so the Company pays a portion of all purchases, we've launched a company-wide training initiative for professional development, and established 10 Leadership Principles as part of The L&R Way corporate branding initiative.
