Employees are swamped with work and underpaid. High levels of call volume with no support from higher ups. Seeing the CEO was a rare occasion. They have all these principles that just look good on paper,Nothing is ever implemented. Company states they give cost of living raises and annual reviews thats completely untrue , my time working there I received nothing just more work dumped on top of me and no staff support at all. They company recently made some moves but this was probably the worst thing they could of done. tons of customers are irate and upset .The lack of care from the executives is ridiculous. There are some really great workers there that would flourish at a business that actually supported them.
